Stay Hydrated

  • Most individuals don't consume sufficient water to begin with, and now that you'll be benefiting from our infrared saunas, maintaining proper hydration is even more crucial. Make it a point to drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session.

Prep for the Session

  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.
  • Your session lasts for a total of 50 minutes, with 45 minutes inside the sauna and 5 minutes for dressing and cooling down.
  • To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you adhere to your allotted time. Our dedicated staff meticulously sanitizes each sauna suite after use, so we appreciate your cooperation.
  • Wear comfortable loose or lightweight clothing to your session.

Enhance Infrared Benefits

  • Prior to your session, remove all makeup, oils, or lotions. This step ensures your skin fully absorbs the benefits of the infrared heat during your sauna experience.
  • Remember, the results from your sessions accumulate over time, much like a fitness routine or a dietary plan. Consistency is key to feeling the improvements.

Progressive Sweat Experience

  • Your initial session might take 10-20 minutes to induce sweating. This is due to the unique way our saunas work, directly elevating your core temperature through infrared, as opposed to simply warming the air around you. As you continue, your sweat production will start earlier and become more substantial, reflecting your body's adjustment to regular temperature elevation.

During Your Session

  • We provide complimentary towel service for your convenience.
  • For optimal infrared penetration, wear minimal clothing (or none at all) during your sauna time. Opt for a cotton towel, gym shorts, or a swimsuit.
  • Even if you don't experience heavy sweating initially, rest assured you're still reaping the full benefits of infrared.

After Your Session

  • Rejuvenate with a cold eucalyptus towel we provide. You Discard used towels in the Towel Drop. Your body will naturally continue to sweat and burn calories as it cools down.
  • Keep hydrating – enjoy some of our coconut water options and other beverages
  • Just like with exercise or a balanced diet, the more frequently you visit, the more significant your benefits will become.
